Playground fundraiser Sept. 5 Planterra Ridge resident Colleen Sugar and the All Children's Playground Committee announce that fundraising for the third and final phase of the totally handicapped-accessible playground in Peachtree City is underway. To help in these efforts, a BBQ dinner is planned for Friday, Sept. 5 from 5-7 p.m. at the Planterra Ridge pool pavilion. Each dinner includes pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, dessert, drink and a chance at a $50 gift certificate from Home Depot. Tickets are $7.95 per plate with $2.50 from each ticket sale going to help fund the third phase of the All Children's Playground.
