Tanya Carlson
Tanya Renee Carlson, 45, formerly of College Park, died July 16, 2003 in Mesa, Ariz.
Memorial services will be Saturday, Aug. 30, 2003 at the Heritage Harvest Church, 1563 Highway 85 S., Fayetteville. Senior Pastor Ron Stribling will officiate.
Survivors include her father, William “Billy” Carlson, Riverdale; mother, Sylvia Carlson, Newnan; and a sister Carla Myers and a niece, Heather Myers, both of Arizona; and her dogs, Hammer and Mesa.

Bessie Fields
Bessie Hill Fields, 97, Union City, died Aug. 23, 2003. She was born Dec. 29,1905 in Clayton, Ga.
Services were at the Carmichael-Hemperley chapel with the Rev. Dr. Tom Daugherty officiating. Interment was at Shadowlawn, LaGrange, Ga. Survivors include a daughter, Betty F. and John D. Smith, Newnan; a granddaughter, Wanda and Lanny Adams, Newnan; a grandson, Randy and Wendy Smith, Marietta; and four great-grandchildren.
Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
