Tyrone approves time change for council meetings By MICHAEL BOYLAN mboylan@TheCitizenNews.com For residents of Tyrone who stayed until the very end of Thursday night's epic town council meeting, there is consolation. Should another meeting last four hours, the meeting will end at 11 p.m. now instead of 11:30 p.m. The council approved an ordinance changing the meeting time from 7:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. This new time goes into effect with the next town council meeting Thursday, Sept. 4.
