Wednesday, August 13, 2003 CRS awards slot in training course The local CRS subchapter recently raffled off admission to a sought-after, new for 2003, National Council of Residential Specialists Course RS201 entitled "Listing Strategies for the Residential Specialist." The drawing was held at the Fayette Board of Realtors' June Luncheon Meeting at White Water Country Club. Terri Crabtree of Prudential Georgia Realty won the drawing announced by Sharon Christiansen, CRS Pathways President. "Courses such as this enable real estate agents to achieve the mark of a professional and move ahead in their careers," said Christiansen. "Members of the Council of Residential Specialists are not your average Realtors. They have reached the next level of success because they're business savvy, knowledgeable and have continual access to the best real estate agents. Less definable is their drive to succeed, which is integral to their personality. This is why they seek to accomplish a higher level of success." CRS Sponsors for 2003 are Lisa King of HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, Don Brown of Building Inspection Services, Kenny Johnson of Kenny Johnson Homes, Eric Slepian of Slepian & Schwartz Attorneys At Law, Richard Harmon of Active Pest Control and Mark Gray of State Farm Insurance.
