Brasch Park brings recreation-themed neighborhood to Grantville

"We're excited about this new neighborhood concept," said Dan Petry, president of Cardinal Properties. The third-generation homebuilder recently unveiled plans for Brasch Park, a new neighborhood community in a park-like setting with a focus on recreation. Brasch Park will offer numerous amenities including baseball, soccer/football fields, basketball courts, a pool and pavilion.

Newnan-based Parks & Mottola Realtors will exclusively market the new community. "Brasch Park represents our latest venture in the longstanding, professional relationship we've enjoyed with Dan Petry and Cardinal Properties," said Jim Mottola, president of Parks & Mottola Realtors. Cardinal is one of the featured homebuilders at Lake Redwine Plantation, an upscale lake community developed by Parks & Mottola.

Located in Coweta County, Brasch Park is planned as a sidewalk community of 72 new homes featuring historically inspired design. In addition to its convenience to I-85, Brasch Park is within walking distance to the proposed Grantville Elementary School scheduled to open in August 2004.

Priced from the $130s, Brasch Park is now placing prospective buyers on a priority list for lot reservations on a first come, first served basis. A model home will be open in the near future. Brasch Park is located on U.S. Highway 29 at Brown School Road and Griffin Street.
