Twin Lakes vote coming Monday By JOHN THOMPSON
After more than a month of meetings and discussions, the Senoia City Council will vote Monday night on the preliminary plat for the first phase of the Twin Lakes subdivision. The first phase of the development features 391 homes on Rockaway Road. The pressure between developers and City Hall exploded last month over water for the development. A Planning & Zoning Certificate of Appropriateness Recommendation for Senoia Heights. A Planning & Zoning Certificate of Appropriateness Recommendation for Donna King of 234 Morgan Street. King wants to add a Garage and build an dddition to her house The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. at Senoia City Hall.
