Richard Ashley Taylor, 33, for passing a bad check. Wayne Edward Wardlaw Jr., 29, for violation of probation. Deborah S. Jetter, 19, for theft by receiving stolen property. Ashleigh Clark, 18, for theft by taking. Denese Latrice McDowell, 39, for passing a bad check. Leon Phillips Jr., 33, for violation of probation. Matthew Glenn Showalter, 30, for violation of probation. Darius Deyonne Jenkins, 22, for violation of probation. Debra Lean Jester, 39, for passing a bad check. Terry Lovell Johnson, 26, for violation of probation. Larry Donnell Timberlake, 45, for violation of probation. Tony Michael Hay Jr., 18, for speeding and driving with a revoked license. Tory Jeff Kuykendall, 41, for reckless driving and fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer.
