Guilty pleasThe following people entered guilty pleas in Fayette County Superior Court Tuesday, July 8. They were sentenced by Superior Court Judge Johnnie L. Caldwell Jr.: Sarah Elizabeth Linville of 160 Rocky Creek Ct., Fayetteville for one felony count of theft by taking; sentenced to $1,000 fine and five years probation. Ron Gasoway of 162 Lakeside Dr., Woodstock for one felony count of deposit account fraud; sentenced to $1,000 fine and three years probation. Errol David Harris of 515 Casanova St., Atlanta for one felony count of theft by shoplifting; sentenced to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and banishment from the Fayette Pavilion. Sharita Denise Lavy of 463 Independence Dr., Jonesboro for one felony count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana (less than one ounce); sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine. Debra Grabley Shupe of 617 Lees Lake Road, Fayetteville for one felony count of theft by taking and one misdemeanor count of making a false crime report; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine. Colleen Swartsenburg of 103 Catalba Ct. Peachtree City for criminal trespassing and public drunkenness; sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine. Tony West of 5590 Bill Cook Rd., College Park for one felony count of financial transaction card fraud and one misdemeanor count of theft by receiving stolen property; sentenced to three years probation and a $1,500 fine. Jackie Price Ward of 1811 Old Atlanta Rd., Griffin for one felony count of theft by shoplifting; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine. Brandon Scott Davis of 140 Meadow Dr., Tyrone for one felony count of theft by taking; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine. Gigi Lynn Littleton of 472 Campground Rd., Zebulon for one felony count of driving while declared a habitual violator and misdemeanor counts of giving a false name to a police officer and disobeying a traffic signal; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine. Bradley Allen Mitchum of 125 West Lane, Fairburn for two felony counts of forgery in the first degree; sentenced to five years probation and $1,000 fine. Willie Ed Wright Jr. of 1088 Poplar Rd., Newnan for one felony count of theft by deception. Sentenced to eight years prison. Emily Jean Frisone of 270 Postwood Dr., Fayetteville for two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor; sentenced to 24 months probation and a $1,000 fine. Chasity Gwenee Babb of 422 Connell Rd., Valdosta for one misdemeanor count of making harassing phone calls; sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine. Joshua Edward Freehling of 165 Manor Circle, Sharpsburg for one felony count of financial transaction card theft; sentenced to three years probation and a $1,000 fine.
