Teen arrested for statutory rape A Riverdale teen was arrested Sunday morning on statutory rape charges. According to police, Octavina L. Stevenson, 18, had intercourse with a girl under the age of 16. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Movies 10 movie theater inside the back seat of a 1987 Buick Electra, according to warrants filed for Stevenson's arrest.
