A third suspect has been arrested for the July 1 armed robbery of an east Fayette convenience store.

The suspect, identified through court papers as Justin Ushery, 15, of Clayton County, has been charged with one felony count of armed robbery, two felony counts of aggravated assault and one felony count of kidnapping.

Police believe the suspect entered Jackson's General Store on Ga. Highway 54 East at Corinth Road, brandishing a knife and leaving with $500 in cash, some lottery tickets and some cigars, said Sgt. Belinda McCastle of the Fayette County Sheriff's Department.

McCastle declined to name the suspect because he is a juvenile.

The two other suspects previously arrested in connection with the incident also live in Clayton County: Jerome Daniel Price, 19, and Warren Devale Balam Jr., 18. Police said Price drove the getaway car and Balam entered the store as a lookout.

Police believe Balam wore a Halloween mask to disguise his identity while Ushery wore a bandana that disguised his face under his eyes.

No one was hurt during the incident.
