Two teenagers have been arrested for the armed robbery of an east Fayette convenience store July 1.

And a third suspect, a juvenile, has been identified and is expected to be taken into custody soon, according to a spokesperson for the Fayette County Sheriff's Department.

Jerome Daniel Price, 19, and Warren Devale Balam Jr., 18, both of Clayton County, have been charged with one felony count each of armed robbery for the incident at Jackson's General Store on Ga. Highway 54 East at the intersection of Corinth Road.

According to warrants for their arrest, Price dropped off the other two suspects at the store July 1. Balam entered the store as a lookout, warrants indicated.

Police said one suspect entered the store and brandished a hunting knife while disguising his face with a black bandana just below his eyes. At the same time, another person entered the store with a Halloween mask on, looked around and left before the robbery was completed.

The suspects got away with $500 in cash along with 30 lottery tickets and some cigars, police said. No one was hurt during the incident, according to officials.

A vehicle was seen dropping two men off in the area just before the robbery, police said.
