Wednesday, July 9, 2003 Ravin Homes names agent in StoneBriar Park Roch deGolian has been named to handle sales for Ravin Homes in StoneBriar Park, the third phase of the StoneBriar community on Lester Road in Fayetteville. deGolian, who is a Buckhead native, is the husband of DeSales deGolian, who is Ravin Homes' on-site agent in The Villages of LaFayette Park multi use community in Fayetteville. His business background includes 17 years in sales with TESA, a manufacturer of electronic lock systems for hotels. During that time, he was national accounts manager for five years and spent five years marketing the company's products to the higher education industry. The deGolians, who are Peachtree City residents, have one daughter, Blaise, who is two and one-half years old. Ravin Homes is building 19 of the homes in StoneBriar Park, a 56-home phase of the StoneBriar community. At present, only six of these homes, priced from $190,000 to the mid $300,000s, is still available for purchase. Highway 54 west of Fayetteville near Fayette Community Hospital, then turning left on Lester Road. The community has an impressive amenities area where two tennis courts are being installed. The area already consisted of a junior olympic-sized swimming pool, a 2,400 sq. ft. gazebo/cabana with restrooms, an equipped playground, a multi-purpose athletic field, a basketball court, a picnic area, and a jogging track. Ravin Homes was founded by Vincent F. Rossetti and has produced over 1,000 homes in Peachtree City, Eagle's Landing and other prestigious communities in the Metro South area for more than a quarter century. Vince Rossetti, who has been in home building for nearly 50 years, started constructing homes in Peachtree City in 1974 after working in other well-known planned communities, including Columbia, Md., and The Woodlands in Houston, Tex. The current management of the Ravin organization includes two of his children, Michael Rossetti and DeSales deGolian.
