Wednesday, July 9, 2003 Lunsford attends real estate seminar Laura Lunsford, Sales Associate at Assist 2 Sell Buyer and Seller Realty Center, recently attended a one day Real Estate Success Seminar in Atlanta. The seminar was conducted by highly acclaimed real estate trainer Howard Brinton, with Star Power Systems. Also presenting the seminar was two of Howard Brinton's Star Power agents, Alexis Bolin and Buddy West, both very successful multi-million dollar producers. The fast paced result-oriented day provided the latest cutting edge real estate technology, business systems, marketing and sales tools, along with negotiating and prospecting techniques. The first half of the day dealt with buyer specialization and the second half of the day dealt with listing specialization. A strong emphasis was placed on learning scripts and dialogues.
