New faces in new places in real estate

Susie C. Barroso has been named marketing coordinator for GRAMM & Associates, Inc.

She will be responsible for public relations, the development of marketing and promotional materials and target research. She will also coordinate media advertising as well as assist with web site administration.

Barroso, who has 3 years experience in marketing, public relations, writing and editing, is filling a newly created position in the company. She will be directly assisting Ansley Floyd, senior marketing director.

Most recently, Barroso served as Marketing Coordinator at Vigilar, Inc in Atlanta. Barroso holds a B.A. degree in public and corporate communication from Westfield State College in Massachusetts. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, American Marketing Association and a member of the Society of Professional Journalists.Barroso is a resident of Atlanta.

Terry Brooks has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the company's Peachtree City office.

Charlotte Cloud has joined Century 21 Southern Crescent in Fayetteville as a sales associate. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband Terry.

Ernie Curtis has transferred to Prudential Georgia Realty from Prudential Transact Realty in Daytona Beach, Florida. Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, he is based out of the company's new, state-of-the-art, Peachtree City branch located in The Avenue shopping plaza at the corner of Hwy. 54 and Hwy. 74.

A Fayetteville resident, he is an active member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, serving on the local Government and Legislative Committee.

He is a Prudential eCertified Realtor and a nationally designated Fine Homes Specialist.

Patsy Dorris has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City.

An Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia State University, she is an 18-year Fayette resident. She has almost 20 years experience partnering in a consulting firm. She is a member of the Society of Fine Arts and Peachtree City United Methodist Church.

Janine Franklin is now with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City.

A Fayetteville resident and a native of High Point, North Carolina, she is a graduate of Spelman College and also holds a master's degree from Southern Tech. Before coming to The Home Source Realtors, she was senior administrator of the Department of Family Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine.

Kay Fulp has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the company's Peachtree City office.

James Henkel has joined Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City real estate team. He is based out of the company's new branch located in The Avenue shopping plaza at the corner of Ga. highways 54 and 74.

Originally from Texas, he is a graduate of Texas Tech University. Now a resident of Fayetteville, he concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette County and south metro Atlanta region. Professionally, he is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.

Marybeth Hooper has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City.

She attended the University of Alabama, is a native of Marietta and a resident of Peachtree City. She has experience in wholesale lending, and is a certified Georgia mortgage banker.

Julie Jackson has joined Century 21 Southern Crescent in Fayetteville as a sales associate. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband Brian.

Rena Jalil is now with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City.

She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and a native of Maryland. She speaks Filipino (Tagalog), Spanish, and conversational Japanese, and has taught English to immigrants. A former risk control analyst, she resides in Peachtree City.

Norma Kelley is a new sales associate with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She has 24 years of sales experience and has been in real estate for four years.

She and her daughter, Stacey Dunlap, who is also a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, will be working together as a team.

A Coweta County resident for 20 years and a Newnan resident for 10 years, she is married to Larry Kelley. They have two children, Stacey, 32, and Todd, 28, and two grandchildren, Robby, 12, and Taylor, 8.

Janis Kraft is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Fayette County resident, she has served as a commissioner of the Commission on Children and Youth for Peachtree City, and she has been involved in Girl Scouts and as a volunteer for the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

She has one daughter, Alexandra, 11.

Terry Schmitz is now with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City.

A native of New York, she was graduated from Onodaga Community College. A five-year Peachtree City resident, she is a former small business owner and has experience in accounts payable and the restaurant industry.

Linda Stokes has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the company's Peachtree City office.

Kendra Venson has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the company's Peachtree City office.

Mary Watts has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City.

She has lived in Peachtree City for almost 20 years and has extensive experience in airline sales and as a former small business owner. She is a member of Peachtree City United Methodist Church, where she is a leader in the Stephen Ministry program. She also is a board member of the Endowment Committee for the Cultural Arts in Fayette county.

Cameron C. Wood is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

She received her training through the MLS Institute in Morrow and is fluent in both English and French, being a 1995 graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in French.

A Coweta County resident, she is married to Morgan Wood and is a member of Newnan Presbyterian Church. She is a University of Georgia fan, and she enjoys the outdoors.
