Matthew Gabriel Bishop of 174 Lincoln Road, Tyrone for aggravated assault. Kenneth Scott Brandenburg of 800 North Magnolia Ave, Orlando, Fla. for five counts of abandonment of a minor child. Michael Jerome Brown of 2969 Park St., East Point for interference with government property. William David Carter Jr. of 605 Belle Dr., Fayetteville for cruelty to children in the first degree, cruelty to children in the second degree and battery. Brian Carmichael of 575 Bernhard Rd., Fayetteville for burglary. Wendall Eric Chaffin of 8440 Cedar Bend Ct., Riverdale for trafficking in methamphetamine.
