Man arrested with 11 phony checks A Riverdale man was arrested last week after he was caught with 11 phony checks by Fayette County sheriffs deputies. Kenyon Marquis Birchfield, 28, is charged with 11 felony counts of forgery in the first degree. According to warrants, Birchfield had in his possession 11 checks with fictitious account numbers and fictitious account holders printed on them.
