The Wal-Mart at the Fayette Pavilion was evacuated early Monday evening as police investigated a bomb threat.

No suspicious devices were found by officers who searched the facility, said Lt. Beverly Trainor of the Fayetteville Police Department. The store was reopened after it was cleared by the officers.

The suspect's voice was recorded when the call was placed to the Fayette County 911 Center, and detectives will follow up on that lead, Trainor said.
