Man accused of assaulting child A Fayette man has been arrested on sex charges for assaulting a victim under the age of 16. Bobby Ralph Holtzclaw, 64, was arrested Friday for two counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of aggravated sexual battery. The incidents allegedly occurred at Holtzclaw's central Fayette residence between January 1995 and April of last year, according to warrants filed for his arrest.
