Patricia L. Zimmerman, 39, for driving with a suspended license, driving without a tag and driving without insurance.

Elaine Fay Burby, 36, for violation of probation.

Eric Eugene Kendrick, 19, for simple battery (family violence).

Kathleen Kerlin, 18, for simple battery.

Vincent Edward Carter II, 19, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act and driving with improper equipment.

Adam David Smith, 19, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Ryan Scott Thorsteinson, 20, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Adam Berret Culver, 18, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Ian Elliott Kimbrell, 27, for possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and carrying a concealed weapon.

Keith Allen Jones, 21, for interference with a police officer.

Tavares Bridges, 24, for violation of probation.

David Fletcher Ray, 18, for failure to appear in court.

Martina Burden, 19, for theft by shoplifting.

Angel Russell, 23, for theft by shoplifting and interference with a police officer.

Charles Everett Groover, 46, for DUI.

Homer Turner, 48, for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
