The townhome model has only been open for several months, and 11 townhomes have been sold or are under contract since the townhome development began. Now, a second model townhome opens. Sherry Hirsch, SummerGrove townhome sales representative believes the designer model, "Plays an important role in demonstrating the upscale feel of the townhomes," said Hirsch. Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing for Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, is not surprised by the popularity of the townhomes.
