Choices at SummerGrove drive success

What makes SummerGrove the best selling community in Coweta County and one of the best in Atlanta? Ask Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, and her answer comes without hesitation.

"It's all about choices," she said. "From builder and home style choices to choices in amenities, SummerGrove is a market leader."

Sullivan points out that at any given time SummerGrove has over 50 homes that are near completion and ready for immediate sale. "Based upon our consumer preference cards, we are finding a majority of home buyers are ready to purchase within three months," she said. "In order for SummerGrove to meet consumer demand, it is important to ensure a wide variety of homes are available."

Homes at SummerGrove are as diverse as its 16-member builder team. Traditional, turn-of-the-century, town and custom homes are among the styles that buyers will find at SummerGrove. "With homes priced from the $130s to over $700,000, SummerGrove is a community that has something for just about everyone," added Sullivan.

Choices at SummerGrove are not limited to homes. The community offers an amenity package resembling a vacation retreat. A Golf Digest-ranked golf course, a tennis complex, a 100-acre lake and a water park featuring a lazy river ride, water sprays, and a large water mushroom are just some of the outstanding amenities at SummerGrove.

SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd. in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call 770-252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com.
