Special People of Fayette County to meet next Tuesday The Special People of Fayette County will have its monthly meeting Tuesday in Building D of the LaFayette Educational Center in Fayetteville. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and is open to the public. Following a short business meeting, a representative of the Knights of Columbus will present a donation and staff from the Bobby Dodd Institute will make a presentation about their organization's activities. The mission of the Bobby Dodd Institute is to empower individuals with disabilities and disadvantages to maximize their potential while securing their economic self-suffiency, independence and integration into society.
