One of the most requested items by troops currenty serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom is telephone calling cards. The USO has put together Operation Sweet talk as a way for American citizens to help out the troops.

Citizens are asked to purchase a global or international calling card and a small bag of hard candy, place both in a small, clear sandwich or snack bag and mail it to one of several addresses. The USO will then distribute the sweets and phone cards to the servicemen and servicewomen. Phone cards should be a minimum of 120 minutes.

The addresses to mail the cards and candy to are USO Atlanta, P.O. Box 20963, Atlanta, Ga. 30320; USO Warner Robins A.F.B., P.O. Box 6646, Warner Robins, Ga. 31095-6646; or USO Savannah/Hunter AAF c/o Bush, 340 Eisenhower Dr. 300 Bldg. Suite A, Savannah, Ga. 31406.
