A manager of the Applebee's restaurant on North Glynn Street in Fayetteville has been arrested for improperly touching two female employees, according to police.

Troy Tucker, 36, of Villa Rica is charged with two misdemeanor counts of sexual battery, according to warrants for his arrest. The two victims are 16 years old, police said Monday, confirming they were both employees at the restaurant.

The warrants, which were sought by the Fayetteville Police Department, indicated that the alleged assault occurred sometime between Aug. 1 and March 3.

Both of the victims live in Fayetteville, according to documents.

Assault victim's story questioned

A Fayetteville man who was treated for a head injury at Fayette Community Hospital Friday night originally claimed he was assaulted by an unknown person while at the Tinseltown movie theater at the Fayette Pavilion, according to a police report.

But a Fayetteville police officer who responded to the hospital later determined that the victim was assaulted with an umbrella at the American Legion's log cabin on south Glynn Street, according to reports.

It is not clear if the victim knew the person who attacked him.
