Ronald Chadwell Cantrell, 22, for failure to appear in court. Katrell Muja Wigfall, 23, for driving with a suspended license, theft by receiving stolen property and a license plate violation. Richard C. Whitley, 31, for theft by conversion. Melanie Hopson, 25, by the Georgia State Patrol for DUI. Timothy Michael Hodges, 20, for violation of probation. William Crook, 44, for passing a bad check. Markesse Cortez Lamar, 24, for violation of probation. Alvin Leonard Cooksey, 36, for violation of probation. Nels Christian Nielsen, 38, for a registration violation and driving without insurance. Miquial Moore, 18, for possession of cocaine, underage possession of alcohol and a seat belt violation.
