CRS Pathways 2003 officers sworn in

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is a designation recognized as the "Ph.D." of residential real estate. CRS agents are members of the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors that provides advanced real estate-related education to its members.

Only about 5 percent of NAR members are Certified Residential Specialists, but nationwide they are involved in about 25 percent of residential real estate transactions.
