Weekley unveils new product line at SummerGrove

David Weekley Homes, one of the largest home builders in the United States and a builder in SummerGrove at Newnan since 1999, has unveiled its Imagination Home Series at the award-winning master-planned community.

The new product line features traditional homes priced from the high $100s to the low $200s in the new SummerGrove neighborhood of Rolling Green.

Wendy Akselsen, marketing coordinator for David Weekley Homes, says SummerGrove was chosen as the launching pad for the Imagination Series on Atlanta's southside because of the community's popularity among home buyers.

"The Imagination Series is a value-driven collection of homes designed for a wide range of home buyers," said Akselsen.

"This new product line addresses consumer demand in the Coweta County market and gives potential SummerGrove home buyers another quality home option," said Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing of Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove.

In addition to David Weekley Homes, SummerGrove has 16 other builders and 13 designer model homes to give home buyers a feel for the range of choices available at the community. Homes are priced from the $130s to over $700,000 and range in style from traditional to turn-of-the-century to today's contemporary.

SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd. in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m.-5 p.m. For more information, call 770-252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com.
