Experienced sales duo to market Tullamore

Pathway Communities has tapped two experienced real estate veterans to spearhead sales and marketing efforts at Tullamore, the company's first planned community in Tyrone.

Ginnie Cohen and Lynn Manning of The Home Source Realtors will be responsible for the selling of the 43-home community.

Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, believes the agent duo is a perfect fit for Tullamore. "Both Ginnie and Lynn know what it takes to make a community successful," she said. "Their experience and knowledge of new home construction and sales will be an important asset to prospective Tullamore home buyers."

Both sales representatives are excited about Tullamore's future. "With its prime location and award-winning schools, Tullamore is in a position to be one of the most desirable living destinations not only in Tyrone, but in Atlanta's southern crescent," said Cohen.

Manning agrees. "Tullamore's hand-picked builders and variety of home styles and prices add to the community's overall appeal," she said.

Located at the intersection of Ga. Highway 74 and Dogwood Trail, Tullamore is a 58-acre planned neighborhood with homes priced from the upper $200s to well over $350,000. The community will have an abundance of greenbelts and open areas and will also be linked to Tyrone's path system, giving residents walking access to the town of Tyrone.
