Home buyers purchasing a new home before April 1st at Avery Park will receive a one year SummerGrove Golf Club membership valued at $1,125. Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, the developer of Avery Park, believes the golf membership will be a popular feature at Avery Park. "Based upon home buyer survey's, we found that golf is one of the most noted leisure activities," said Sullivan. "The golf membership is a way that we can meet consumer demand by providing a membership to one of Atlanta's best golf venues." The golf membership includes spouses and children under 19 years of age living at home.
