Wednesday, March 12, 2003 New faces in new places Sherry Amos has joined Jan Trammell Real Estate, Inc., as a sales associate. She has lived in Fayette County since 1973 and has been in real estate for 17 years. She is an active life member of the Fayette County Million Dollar Club and a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. She has three girls and five grandchildren and is an active member of New Hope Baptist Church, where she is a member of the choir. Amos will be an on-site agent for the new Cathy Estates in Tyrone. Jennifer Fambro has joined the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. A Coweta County resident, she has been manager of a hair salon for nine years and a cosmetologist for 11 years. A member of First United Methodist Church, she enjoys the outdoors and reading. Cesar A. Garcia is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Garcia, who is bilingual, is a resident of Rockdale County. He and his wife Becky have four children, Nathan, 18; Jared, 16; Linda, 14; and Ben, 12. He is a member of Rockdale Baptist Church and does volunteer work with a mission church. Mike Hause is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Hause, who holds a degree in business management from LaSalle College in Philadelphia, has over 30 years of experience as an industrial engineer in manufacturing. He and his wife Betty live in Conyers, and he has two children, Laura and Christine, and two stepchildren, Greg and Tami. Hause is a past president of his homeowners association and currently serves as the organization's vice president. He is an avid golfer, and his hobby is building and repairing golf clubs. Bob and Jimmy Holbrook have joined Jam Trammell Real Estate, Inc. They are members of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and active life members of the Million Dollar Club. The Holbrooks have lived in Fayette County since the 1960s and have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. Bob and Jimmy are active in many local charities and members of Resurrection Lutheran Church. They will be on-site agents in the new Cathy Estates in Tyrone. Traci Johnson has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate as a sales associate with the Ashford Team. Prior to Metro Brokers, Johnson worked as a sales associate with Home Sellers Depot, Inc. for three years. More than 15 of HSD's associates have joined Metro Brokers as the Ashford Team. She also worked with Aames Home Loans for two years as a mortgage loan officer. Johnson has served the real estate industry for more than five years and brings 10 years of sales experience to the company. She also has a bachelor of arts in marketing from Tuskegee University. Johnson will be working through the Peachtree City office at 2100 Highway 54 East. Karim Kanji has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta All-Stars in Fayetteville. He specializes in new homes and resales in Henry, Clayton, Fayette and Gwinnett counties. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati. He is married and has a 10-month-old daughter, Silmi. He is active in church activities and does social work as a volunteer. Dr. Prentiss E. Parker has returned to Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as an agent for the company's McDonough/Henry County office. Dr. Parker, who entered real estate with Coldwell Banker Bullard's Jonesboro/Clayton County office three years ago, has been with The Brokerage Inc. for the past two years. A resident of Clayton County, he has been married to Eula Fudge Parker for 55 years. They have two adult children, a son and a daughter, and two granddaughters, ages 12 and 4. He is a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville. Carolyn Perry has joined Re/Max Advantage. She is a resident of Jackson and lives on the lake. She transferred from another Re/Max office so that she can give her community the best in residential real estate. Telisa Porter is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A graduate of Forest Park High School, she received her real estate training through The Gaddy School. She is also a licensed insurance agent and notary public. Dorothy and Frank Reinecke have joined the staff at RE/MAX Around Atlanta Results in Peachtree City. Dorothy has been a full-time real estate professional for over 20 years. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, she worked in curriculum development for a large school district on Long Island, NY. Frank spent 25+ years as an electrical engineer in computer system analysis and telecommunications. He has been a licensed real estate professional since 1996 and is also a licensed real estate appraiser. The Reineckes are active members of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. For relaxation, they both enjoy time in their extensive garden. John D.
