Wednesday, March 12, 2003 Homes now available at Villages One of Fayetteville's newest subdivisions is ready for its first home buyers to move in. The Villages at LaFayette Park, a residential-commercial-office development on the west side of Fayetteville, consists of approximately 110 acres three blocks west of the square, bordered by Ga. Highway 54 on the south and the Fayette County High School complex on the north. Also on the property is The Village Amphitheater, a multiuse venue representing all aspects of the cultural arts and educational community, which had its opening in late September. The three furnished and decorated model homes are open and for sale, while construction continues on other homes.
