Public meeting about parkway development The Fulton County Environment and Community Development Department will hold a public meeting March 20 to discuss the new overlay district for the South Fulton Parkway. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the South Fulton Service Center, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park. The new overlay district provides architectural design standards for development along the parkway. It applies to all properties zoned or developed for non-residential and residential uses located within a half mile of the centerline of the parkway.
