One of the earliest
memories I have is sitting in my mother's lap as she read Bible stories
to me. From her, I learned of man's fall in the Garden of Eden, of the
Great Flood of Noah's day, and of David's victory over Goliath. Because
of her, there was never a day in my life that I didn't believe in God.

Last
weekend The Wife and I were invited out to dinner by one of my closest
friends. Now I know it will come as a surprise to some of you that I
have a friend, much less close ones who don't mind being seen out in
public with me, but don't worry. I think they really just wanting to
spend time with The Wife.
