How to love your heart

Are you afraid to be just another statistic? Are you confused about all the drugs you are taking? Have you heard that some people have been able to improve and reverse their heart conditions?

Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the United States. Americans suffer more than 1.5 million heart attacks each year and more thatn one-third die on their first attack. The sad truth about this fact is that so many of these statistics are preventable.

Other than simply being a mechanical pump for the vascular system, the heart is also a generator of electricity and energy in the body. These electrical currents transmitted generated by the heart spread throughout the body. So if your heart is fatigued and not generating enough "energy," then an array of symptoms may develop: fatigue, depression, low sex drive, apathy, and even low back pain.

Simple changes in your diet, regular moderate exercise and learning to reduce your stress will all have a positive impact on the health of your heart. Simply learning to increase the consumption of raw, unprocessed foods will decrease the free radicals in your blood stream, which in turn will decrease the oxidation of cholesterol.

Here are a few suggestions for a healthy heart:

Remove nerve interference. Structure rules function. Spinal alignment is vital for the integrity of the Nerve system, which in turn regulates all the organ system of the body, including the heart.

Rebalance the electromagnetics of the body. According to R. Becker, MD, Chronic exposure to electro-magnetic fields may be injurious to humans since these fields provoke abnormalities in the cells. Protect yourself by wearing a simple magnet to offset the electrical pollution you are exposed to every day.

De-stress your body and adrenals. Learn to take 15 minutes per day to unwind and breathe slowly and deeply. Proper nutrients for the adrenal glands will stop the "General Adaptive Syndrome" that most people suffer with. De-stress the body and you de-stress the heart.

Repair your nutrition, especially homocysteine levels. Through simple reflex testing with the Body Scan, deficiencies and toxicities may be detected. Proper compatible supplementation will reduce the chances of high Homocysteine levels to accumulate in the blood and tissues. Learn to eat raw, unprocessed foods daily.

Remove abnormal emotional patterns. Emotions are energy in motion. Feelings buried alive never die. There are various tools and techniques such as ocular release, sound therapy, color therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique that help release built up negative energy and help break up emotional patterns.

Remove heavy metals and toxins. Research on root canals and dental health have reported startling connections between dentistry and cardiac health. Metals are intolerable toxins that slowly poison the body chemically and confuse the body's electrical meridian system. Work with a biological dentist who is open to alternative methods of treatment and who recognizes the link between your teeth and your health.
