Habitat workshop March 1 Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity will host an application workshop Saturday, March 1, from 8 a.m.-noon at the First Baptist Church of Morrow, 1647 Lake Harbin Road. Applicants must have lived or worked in Clayton, Henry or Fayette County for the last 12 months; show a need overcrowding, substandard housing, high rent, etc.; be able to pay on an interest-free mortgage (pass a credit check and show a steady income); and be willing to partner with Habitat by putting in sweat equity hours (building houses).
