Wednesday, February 12, 2003 Fitzgerald recognized at Wieland luncheon John Wieland, CEO of John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods, presented Susan Fitzgerald, a top-selling agent with the Home Source Realtors in Peachtree City, a Wieland Bonus Club check in the amount $8,700 in early January for selling five new John Wieland homes within the year 2002. The Wieland Bonus Club is an accelerated incentive program for agents who sell John Wieland homes within each given year. The more homes sold, the greater the rewards which can total almost $20,000. Susan Fitzgerald was recognized at Wieland's Realtor Appreciation luncheon held at his Southampton Clubhouse before a substantial crowd.
