Wednesday, February 12, 2003 Vinings Park now in development Tim Jones Communities has announced the opening of Vinings Park, a new community off Jonesboro Road in McDonough. The community, which will have homes priced from $129,900 to the $150,000s, will have a total of 94 homes, including a wide selection of ranch, split foyer and two-story designs. Vinings Park is built around five cul-de-sacs, and corner and basement lots are available. The homesites are sized at one-quarter acre and above with fully sodded front and back yards. The exteriors of the homes are of low maintenance vinyl with stucco or brick accents. The interiors of the homes contain an impressive list of special features as standard features, and upgrades are available. Vinings Park, a community with sidewalks and streetlights, is located less than one-half mile from Interstate 75, and the community is in the Eagle's Landing school district. The development includes a future commercial area fronting Jonesboro Road, with the residential area on the interior of the property.
