Arbor Springs kicks off 2003 Ambassadors program

Arbor Springs Realty, Ltd. recently held a presentation at The Avenue/Peachtree City wrapping up its Ambassadors Program for 2002 and kicked off the program for the current year.

Bobbie Gray with Re/Max Around Atlanta Results earned a gift for the final closing under the program for last year, while Terri Stevens of Better Homes & Gardens/GMAC Heard Realty Co. Inc. was recognized for the program's first closing of 2003.

Under the program, each co-oping agent recording a closed sale in Arbor Springs Plantation is awarded a $200 gift certificate for The Avenue. Each subsequent sale by the agent results in a gift with increased value, and at each closing, the agent's name is entered in a grand prize drawing.

Ginger Uhl and Sherry Crawford, agents for Arbor Springs Realty Ltd., said sales at Arbor Springs Plantation by co-oping agents are encouraged.

"We are expecting a record year at Arbor Springs Plantation in 2003, and we want co-oping agents to feel welcome and be a part of our sales efforts," said Uhl, who is assistant broker/director of sales.

More information about the Ambassador Program or about Arbor Springs Plantation can be obtained by calling the community's information center at 770-463-0000. The 1,500-acre Arbor Springs Plantation golf community is located northeast of Newnan off Ga. Highway 29.
