CCSU to offer fee discount for online admissions Clayton College & State University is changing its application fee policy. As of Feb. 1, Clayton State is offering a discount in its application fees as an incentive for those prospective students who apply early and online. Each year, from Feb. 1 until the preferred deadline of Apr. 1, fall semester applicants who apply on-line will be charged an application fee of only $5. Applicants for the fall 2003 semester using the paper application will continue to be charged the current $20 fee until July 1, when the paper application fee will increase to $40. Online applicants for future semesters will still pay only $5, as long as they apply by the preferred deadline. Future paper applicants, or applicants who apply after the preferred deadline, will continue to pay the $40 fee.
