Fayetteville Optimists set oratorical contest The Fayetteville Optimist Club's annual oratorical contest is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 20, at 7:30 p.m. at the public library in Fayetteville. The top boys and girls will compete for a $1,500 scholarship. The topic for this year's contest is "Until We Stand In Optimism." What do you think of this story?
