Edwards to address chamber Commissioner Bill Edwards will give his "State of South Fulton County" address at the February 13 Business Forum at the Georgia International Convention Center, 1902 Sullivan Road, College Park. Registration/networking begins at 7:30 a.m. with the breakfast/program to begin at 8:00 a.m. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
