Senoia's city leaders will examine two proposals for subdivisions at Monday night's City Council meeting.

Although the city is currently in the middle of a development moratorium, the two subdivision developers had filed preliminary plans before the moratorium was established.

The council will review the preliminary plat for Senoia Heights on Main Street and Ivy Ridge on Rockaway Road. Senoia Heights will have 13 historically inspired homes, while Ivy Ridge will have 121 homes.

In other business, the council will:

Announce plans for the "Great American Cleanup" in April.

Discuss a Certificate of Appropriateness for a porch enclosure at the Senoia Area Historical Society House on Couch Street.

Listen to survey results on additional stop signs located on Main Street. The council had asked for a survey last month after a resident suggested the placement of signs at Main and Middle Streets.

Announce that local residents have come forth and donated $500 to the Coweta County Sports Hall of Fame.

Last month, the city denied a request to donate the money to the hall in recognition of two residents who are being inducted into the hall this month.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
