Kenneth Davis, 48, for violation of probation. Jeffrey O'Neal Marshall, 20, for violation of probation. Ian Scott Charles, 21, for failure to appear in court. Devonis English, 22, for driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without insurance, possession of an open container of alcohol and failure to obey a traffic control device. Cierra Nicole Baughcum, 20, for obstruction of a police officer and underage possession of alcohol. Pamela E. Parker, 53, for failure to appear in court. Edward Ollie Mattingly, 51, for driving with a suspended license. Joshua David Wall, 22, for reckless driving, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and driving without headlights. David Joseph Faley, 24, for driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal. Dawn White Revalyn, 31, for one felony count of violation of probation. Michelle M. Hamil, 21, for deposit account fraud. Zerron Johnson, 23, for DUI, possession of marijuana and driving too fast for conditions. Michael Brooks, 49, for two counts of contempt of court. Kenneth Lamar Davis, 30, for theft by shoplifting. Elizabeth Ann Guiliano, 70, for speeding and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
