Steve Harris Homes unveils product at Avery Park

Avery Park, one of Newnan best-selling master-planned communities, unveils its new product line by Steve Harris Homes. The company is building a mix of traditional and turn-of-the-century homes priced from the low $200s.

Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, the developer of Avery Park, believes that the Steve Harris Homes product caters to a wide range of home buyers. "Distinctive architectural styles, open floor plans and space maximization are all distinctive characteristics of Steve Harris Homes," she said. "His detailed approach to home building has been very appealing to home buyers."

In addition to Steve Harris Homes, Avery Park has a variety of builders representing a wide range of homes styles priced from the low $100's to over $300,000.

Adding to Avery Park's appeal are the community's vast green belts and open areas, which make up more than 30 percent of the community. Other amenities include walking trails and pedestrian paths which connect residents to the commercial Village Square, a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts and community parks.

Avery Park is on Ga. Highway 29 in Newnan. The Avery Park Information Center is open daily 11-5 and Sunday 1-5. For more information, call 770-252-9100 or visit www.averypark.com.
