Wednesday, January 8, 2003 Brayson sets grand openings Brayson Homes has scheduled model home grand openings at four of its Atlanta area communities during the month of January. The communities are Kingsmill, located in Decatur in DeKalb County; Saddlebrook and The Meadows at Saddlebrook, located near Covington in Newton County; and Blue Ridge Park, located in Dallas in Paulding County. Special sales incentives are being offered in each community during grand opening festivities. In addition, Brayson Homes is working with the Home Buyers Assistance Foundation to present a new homebuyers workshop at Kingsmill, Saddlebrook and The Meadows at Saddlebrook this Saturday and at Blue Ridge Park Jan. 18. Qualifying prospects will receive a certificate valued up to $4,000 in down payment funds toward the purchase of a Brayson home. The workshop is free, and those interested should call the model home at the community where they want to attend. Workshop locations include the Kingsmill model home at 3133 Kings Bay Drive in Decatur, the Saddlebrook model home at 15 Saddlebrook Lane in Covington, and the Blue Ridge Park model home at 201 Mt. Laurel Drive in Dallas. Located on Clifton Springs Road, Kingsmill will have 54 ranch and two-story homes with the prices starting in the $160,000s. There are two decorated model homes open daily in each of these communities, and the grand openings are scheduled the weekend of Jan. 11-12.
