Wednesday, January 8, 2003 Cedar Grove Village underway The Knight Group has announced the beginning of construction on Cedar Grove Village, a 350-acre development in south Fulton County which will be the company's largest development since it was founded in 1978. Cedar Grove Village is located on Cedar Grove Road, which runs off South Fulton Parkway. The community is six miles from I-85 and eight miles from I-285. Building the 620 single-family homes in the community will be The Knight Group and Sharon McSwain Homes. Homes will be priced from the $130,000s to the $190,000s, and sales will begin in January. The development will have 120 acres of green space, and amenities will include swim/tennis facilities, a waterslide and a clubhouse.
