Carroll, who has been in real estate for two years, has been with Brayson Homes since August. Approximately 28 new home sales have already been recorded in the community, where homes are priced from the $120,000s to the $160,000s. Located on Lower Dixie Lake Rd., which runs off Hwy. 29 (Roosevelt Highway), Deer Creek is a streetlight community.
