Wednesday, January 8, 2003 Carroll joins Deer Creek Sam Carroll is Brayson Homes' new on-site agent in Deer Creek, a 44-home community in the city limits of Union City. Carroll, who has been in real estate for two years, has been with Brayson Homes since August. Approximately 28 new home sales have already been recorded in the community, where homes are priced from the $120,000s to the $160,000s. Located on Lower Dixie Lake Rd., which runs off Hwy. 29 (Roosevelt Highway), Deer Creek is a streetlight community. Of the homes still on the market in the community, two are ranch designs and the remainder will be two-story and split foyer plans offering vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplaces, spacious master suites and two-car garages.
