Wednesday, January 8, 2003 Home Source announces 'one-stop home shopping' at Avery Park The Home Source Realtors has announced a new residential sales program intended to make home buying at Avery Park in Newnan easier and more convenient for home buyers and Realtors. The Avery Park Information Center will be the initial stop for home buyers, creating a one-stop home shopping experience. All Avery Park builders will be represented at the Sales and Information Center which make for a more simplified process. "We know this program will improve the consumers' ability to obtain information about Avery Park's amenities, builders, homestyles and other community information," said Mike Johnson, The Home Source sales manager at Avery Park. "This new sales paradigm creates convenience for homebuyers and Realtors, which in turn makes for a more enjoyable home buying process." The convenience of the new Avery sales program is a complement to the community's overall appeal. At Avery Park's forefront is the community's unique commercial Village Square complete with lofts, businesses and a restaurant. Avery Park's appeal is not limited to its cosmopolitan-like setting, more than 30 percent of the community is made up of open space.
