Birth Announcements Hayley Elizabeth Nelms Gina and Allen Nelms of Fayetteville announce the birth of their daughter, Hayley Elizabeth Nelms, at 3:39 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2002, at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale. Hayley weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 181/2 inches long. Maternal grandmother is Georgia Araba. Paternal great-grandparents are Horace and Elizabeth Nelms.
