The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department for the past week:

Gabriel Benjamin Goldner, 22, for simple battery (family violence) and cruelty to children in the second degree.

William Virgil Sanders, 29, for violation of probation.

Brandon Lee Allen, 22, for making harassing phone calls.

Jermaine Scott Poore, 25, for passing a bad check.

Donald Raymond McGourick, 28, for one felony count of violation of probation.

Richard Hall, 57, for deposit account fraud.

Matthew R. Chauncey, 21, for DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Stephen Michael Martin, 23, for failure to appear in court.

Randolph K. Axson III, 35, for violation of probation.

Mark Christopher Smith, 390, for aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

Syndee Nicole Cushing, 22, for reckless conduct.

Steven Willard Craig, 33, for public drunkenness.

Eric T. Moody, 37, for public drunkenness.

Anthony Ricardo Garza, 23, for violation of probation.

Katrell Muga Wigfall, 23, for violation of probation.

Kevin Jamar Bailey, 17, for possession of marijuana.

James Christopher Ashley, 26, for violation of probation.

Rickey Dean Coursey, 46, for failure to appear in court.

Alva Henry Brewer, 42, for disorderly conduct.

Rachelere Hanner, 27, for obstruction of an emergency phone call.

Franklin Cobb Irby, 31, for violation of probation.

Vastoria Lee Thomas, 41, for two counts of deposit account fraud.

Derrell D. Hudgins, 50, for aggravated stalking, violation of the Georgia controlled substances act, possession of an open container of alcohol, driving without insurance and driving without a tag.

James David Callaway, 40, for one felony count of theft by taking.

William A. Vail, 47, for contempt of court.

Glenn Eric Cude, 38, for disorderly conduct.

Brian Keith Bragg, 32, for giving a false name to a police officer.

Amaris Emille Woods, 25, for driving with an expired tag and possession of marijuana.

Roshan Virani, 22, for driving without proof of insurance and presenting a false insurance document.
