Donald Raymond McGourick, 28, for one felony count of violation of probation. Richard Hall, 57, for deposit account fraud. Matthew R. Chauncey, 21, for DUI and failure to maintain lane. Stephen Michael Martin, 23, for failure to appear in court. Randolph K. Axson III, 35, for violation of probation. Mark Christopher Smith, 390, for aggravated assault and aggravated battery. Syndee Nicole Cushing, 22, for reckless conduct. Steven Willard Craig, 33, for public drunkenness. Eric T. Moody, 37, for public drunkenness. Anthony Ricardo Garza, 23, for violation of probation. Brian Keith Bragg, 32, for giving a false name to a police officer. Amaris Emille Woods, 25, for driving with an expired tag and possession of marijuana.
